Church Knowle, The East Creech Seven Memorial and the Ridgeway to Corfe

The rain was predicted for early morning but when would it end?

It ended right on time and we had a great 5 mile walk from the New Inn up onto the Ridgeway at Stonebarrow Down, the East Creech Seven memorial then back along the Ridgeway to get a great view of Corfe Castle, the railway line and the village.

We returned via the Undercliff path, past the Church Knowle kiln, a bit of mud in places before cleaning off the boots and a great meal at the pub.

The next walk is on 5 March at 11:30 when we walk at Worth Matravers then into Swanage if desired for the end of the weekend Blues Festival.
