Chapman's Pool walk, Sunday 1 November

Following very heavy rain in the morning, it stopped and the weather improved all the time with good sunny spells as we walked from Kingston, along some of the Purbeck Way and up the steps by Chapman's Pool to Houns Tout.

Any a strong, bracing on-shore wind, the visibility was excellent over Corfe Castle and over towards Portland along the coast.

We again finished with an excellent selection of cream teas and cakes at the Model Village in Corfe.
