A great Cream Tea walk around Corfe Castle

The weather was again excellent.

We started in Kingston, went to Swyre Head, the highest point on the Purbeck Hills, which had great views of Houns Tout and St Albans Head plus along the coast west towards Portland.

We then turned inland towards Church Knowle and then back to the car park.

The Cream Tea , or tea and cake (lemon, Dorset apple, carrot etc.) at the Model Village cafe in Corfe was excellent and then we walked around the Model Village itself to finish off a very pleasant afternoon.

The next Cream Tea dates:

Sunday 11 October, 12:30, Kimmeridge - Nodding Donkey, Clavell's Tower, Fossil hunting with tea at Clavell's cafe in Kimmeridge village
Wednesday 28 October - Corfe Castle
Sunday 1 November - Kimmeridge
Sunday 13 December - Corfe Castle

Cost:£9
