Tyneham Village walk

Lucky again with the fantastic weather on Sunday and a great walk from the car park up onto Gadd Cliff, down into Wobarrow Bay, up onto Flower's Barrow, along the Ridgeway and down the track back into the village.

This walk has everything with the deserted village itself full of history, it has plenty of room for picnics plus the Tyneham Farm, church and old school. Toilets are also available. It is only £3 to park all day.

Great views to the east - Kimmeridge, Swyre Head, Houns Tout and St Alban's/St Aldhelm's Head an to the west - Lulworth Castle, Portland, Mupe Bay and Weymouth.

It has a tough climb up to Flower's Barrow but just take it at your own pace - it is worth it!

It is the Tyneham South walk on www.jurassicjaunts.co.uk
