The White Horse, Bincombe and Came Down

8 September 2013: Following a night of heavy showers, we had a great walk in fine weather along the Ridgeway from Came Wood to the top of the White Horse.

We then proceeded down to Bincombe past all the Tumuli and up through the village back to the car.

As we travelled to the Smugglers Inn at Osmington Mills for lunch, we could see the white George III set in all its glory in the hillside.
